2) TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The data processed are those provided voluntarily by you.

3) PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes requested by you, including:
3a) technical support,
3b) request for quotation, 
3c) job application or traineeship or internship. 
FCF commits to process personal data on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

4) DATA RETENTION

The personal data retention time is the minimum necessary to achieve the requested purposes.
For 3c the maximum retention time is 24 months.
Beyond the maximum retention terms, personal data will be deleted or anonymised.

5) RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The data are processed by personnel in charge, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of FCF.
Personal data transmitted outside FCF is limited to case 3c when necessary for the purposes of the processing:

  • insurance company,
  • Public bodies and authorities
  • accounting firms

6) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You have the right (articles 15 -22 of the GDPR) to ask FCF to access your personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, to cancel them or limit their processing, to obtain the portability of the data supplied by you only if object of an automated treatment based on your consent or on the contract. You also have the right to revoke the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the moment of revocation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the matter, the “Garante per la protezione dei dati
personali”
